for TOMOS outboard engines

Tomos outboards were built in Yugoslavia
in the early 1960s and then in Slovenia.
In the late 1980s, Tomos exported
many of these engines around the world.
Tomos outboard motors were also distributed
in the United States by Nissan in the late 1980s
and the early 1990s. From the same company
of the Republic of Slovenia that manufactured
also mopeds and motorcycles, Tomos
engines outboard were designed to propel
small boats. With power ranging
4 to 18 horsepower, Tomos outboard engine
sales ceased after the year 1991.
